Great place to kayak. The campgrounds on lake Granger are nice as well. Some nice hiking there as well.

Willis Creek campground is not a nice place to visit during December. Very flat, few trees, and the restrooms aren't very good. The only saving grace is that it's right on Granger lake.

Nice place, but it's Granger lake. The San Gabriel River is the river that feeds this lake. It is on the West end of the lake. There are tons of stumps on the West end near the mouth of the river, so watch your speed and your prop.
